Yoga for Mind Body Balance

Please join the St. Albert Community Village for Hatha Yoga classes that focus on bringing the mind, breath and body into balance through postures, breath work and simple mediation.

Gain skills to carry you through your hectic and challenging everyday life while strengthening the body, increasing flexibility and calming a busy or anxious mind.

New to yoga? Certified instruction addresses all levels of experience.

Please dress comfortably. A limited number of mats are available, if you have one, please bring it to class.
